Just Cause 2 "The Power Of The Grappling Hook"

Couple things about this clip. First off, why is it in video games and especially movies when someone blows up something remotely while walking away from the eventual wreckage, they never get blown away from the percussion? How about a little shrapnel in the back of the neck for good measure? Secondly, I had my ear out for a possible terrible pun. Did he just say, "I'm the only one who can pull this off?" I actually never played the first Just Cause, but with the looks of this trailer, I just may watch someone else play it. Still very non-plused, but its 'over-the-topness' intrigues me. I'd love to casually fall off of a building, pull out the old parachute and control-glide it to my cleverly placed machine-gun boat.

All this and enemy helicopters with conveniently placed exploding barrels.
